Time: Deja cocinar a fuego alto durante 5 minutos y luego a fuego medio durante 15min

Ingredients
1 ½ cup coriander blended with 1 cup water
½ tablespoon Lopesa cumin
2 tablespoons of Lopesa garlic soup
2 medium onions, feather cut (1cm wide)
1 cup peas
2 carrots, cut into slices (1cm wide)
4 potatoes, cut in slices (1 and ½ cm wide)
1 cup of white wine
500 g. (or 2 cups) of rice
75 cl. (or 2 cups) of water for cooking the rice
1.5 kg of lamb meat cut into 24 pieces
Salt to taste
How to do it
In a large pot brown the onion, then add the Lopesa cumin and a spoonful of Lopesa garlic.
Once the garlic is browned add the meat, salt and carrots until the meat browns (over medium heat for 20 minutes).
Then add the cilantro, chopped potato, peas and white wine. Check that the salt is to your taste.
Let it cook on high heat for 5 minutes and then on medium heat for 15 minutes. Check the thickness of the stew from time to time.
Serve the dish with grained white rice.
