Then we buy a kilo of chicken wings and cut them in two.
Season them with salt and Lopesa pepper. Then we fry them over medium heat until golden brown.
When the wings are fried, we mix them with an anticucho dressing, made with Lopesa aji panca, Lopesa ground garlic, Lopesa vinegar, salt, pepper and Lopesa cumin. We put everything in a frying pan.
Heat it with a teaspoon of honey, a few drops of soda and chopped coriander.
Remove and bathe everything with a chalaca sauce made with chopped red onion, chopped aji limo and lemon drops and it's ready.
