Presentación
Coriandrum sativum, is an annual herb of the family Apiaceae (formerly called umbelliferae). It is one of two accepted species of the genus Coriandrum, which is the only member of the tribe Coriandreae. It is commonly used in Mediterranean, Indian, Latin American, Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine. It is an aromatic herb, all parts of the plant are edible, but the fresh leaves and dried seeds are generally used. The fresh leaves are used to flavour meats, salads, broths, rice and to garnish dishes.
As every great lover of Peruvian cuisine, you should use Lopesa Coriander Sauce, because it is the best option to prepare rice with chicken, seco de pollo, aguadito de pollo and many Peruvian dishes. It is also very common in the preparation of salads, creams and decoration of dishes.
Each meal is unique in its aroma, color, flavor and preparation, but it can always have a special flavor when the ingredients are of the best quality.
