The Paprika was originally from the Caribbean; presumably in the South Slavic, it was gradually changing its name from Peperke to finally reach Paprika. The Paprika, which means ground red pepper powder, is one of the culinary gems that is obtained after collecting and drying different varieties of chili peppers that, finally, undergo a grinding process and become the well-known powder or spice. Its main use is in accompanying human food, as a condiment and/or as a coloring, as it provides slight preservative properties in addition to color and flavor.
