Presentation
The Anise (plant), common name of an annual plant of the parsley family, is native to Egypt. The seed, also called anise, is used as a condiment in the preparation of liqueurs and in medicine, as a stimulant and digestive. The Anise is used to give that characteristic flavor to several foods.
Lopesa’s Anise, natural flavor and fragrance.
It gives its characteristic flavor to sweets, creams, cakes and bread. It can be used as it would be used with fennel, in soups, sauces, pork, or vegetables.
Each meal is unique in its aroma, color, flavor and preparation, but it can always have a special flavor when the ingredients are of the best quality.
