Four products have been added to the Sazón Lopesa family: garlic powder, mirasol chili powder, kion powder and cinnamon powder.
The seasonings, which promise to add more aroma, flavor and color to Peruvian meals, come in a friendly, simple presentation, full of tradition. The "Lopesa Garlic Powder" can be used in dressings, soups, and in well-known dishes such as garlic chicken, oriental marinade, garlic rice, garlic bread, grilled meats and a great variety of Peruvian dishes. In the case of "Ají mirasol powder Lopesa" it is recommended to use it as an essential ingredient in soups and stews, such as "capchi", stew of potatoes, cheese, milk and herbs, or "ocopa". It can also be used in long cooking meals, such as pachamanca a la olla or escabeche. In the case of "Kion powder Lopesa" it is used to flavor fruit desserts and the preparation of the well-known chicken broth and the delicious chaufa rice. And "Cinnamon powder Lopesa" should be used to flavor milk, desserts and even cookies, cakes and cookies.
