Lopesa Kion Sauce from nature to your table
Sazón Lopesa launched a new product called "Kion Sauce" in the food market. Under a modern production process and strict quality and health controls, the food processing group has launched the project to bring kion to the table of millions of Peruvians.
The kion, rich in vitamin C, thiamine, folic acid, vitamin E, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, and others, is made available to the public in an economical and accessible alternative. Lopesa, aware of the properties of ginger and its contribution to strengthen the body's immune system, and under the principle of bringing the natural to the table of more Peruvians, presented in July 2021 a product that is not only rich in flavor but in essence.
"Lopesa launches a new product with a lot of history in the kitchens of the country, a product with elements of nature, elements collected through a thorough process of quality and safety. Each product used for our kion room goes through a quality verification, as well as the use of purely Peruvian products," said Richard Lopez, manager of Lopesa Industrial S.A.
Kion, with an extensive history in Peruvian natural medicine, used as an alternative to help digestion, relieve symptoms of flu, colds and other respiratory conditions reaches homes across the country as an alternative at a time when natural is best.
Lopesa's Kion Sauce can be used as a condiment in sauces, meats, soups, creams, seafood, fish and vegetables. It is also used to flavor fruit desserts, for example, baked apples, as well as to make pastries, where the well-known "gingerbread cookies" stand out.
