Lopesa launches its new chili sauce on the market.
"If you try it, you won't leave it!", is the slogan under which the company Sazón Lopesa has launched its product "Salsa de ají amarillo".
The chili bell pepper, which is essential in Peruvian gastronomy, arrives as the main protagonist under the presentation of Lopesa Industrial S.A.
The business group, under the principle that each meal is unique in its aroma, color, flavor and preparation, but that it can always have a special flavor when the ingredients are of the best quality, launches a product whose main characteristic is natural.
Paulo Coronado López, assistant manager of Lopesa Industrial S.A., pointed out that with this new launching, a natural product, produced under modern production systems and strict quality and health controls, will be taken to families all over the country.
"With this new launch, Sazón Lopesa once again fulfills its promise to bring natural products to the table of all Peruvians. We select the raw materials and inputs, which are of quality, to bring the best of nature to all families, plus our products are made mainly with domestic crops, supporting Peruvian farmers," said Coronado.
The "Lopesa yellow chili sauce" can be used in the preparation of dishes such as: japchi cream, huacatay cream, huancaína sauce, creole sauce, chicken chili, escabeche, causa a la limeña, rice with chicken, chicken aguadito, cau cau, tacu-tacu, tiradito, lomo saltado, frito piurano, among others.
